Managing real estate is not an easy task. Usually, it’s even more complicated than running a regular business.
Mostly because realtor managers must find a way to make all the pieces fit together to turn every home into a favorite place for its inhabitants. This means managing from tenants and staff to providers, services, and supplies.
Cue to Wegether: a time-saving platform to manage real state with all the tools and none of the complications. And we were responsible for their brand identity.

The simple geometrical elements and icons integrate a visual system that emulates what living in a community is like. Meaning they can stand out individually, or create a bigger sense of harmony when coexisting together.
A complex where everyone is happy.
To launch this platform, we were asked to think of a name for it that reflected unity and harmony between neighbors.
That’s how we came up with Wegether (we + together): a word that evokes a sense of community, where every person contributes to the wellbeing of each other.
Urban inspired design.
To reinforce the concept of a happy community, we took inspiration from geometrical figures and architectural lines that, when put together, integrate a very harmonic iconography.
This flat iconography is highlighted with a variety of colors commonly seen on buildings all around big cities, mixed with textures from typical urban landscapes.

Our brand identity design is helping Wegether to position itself as one of the most effective and easy to- use platforms for real state. Proving realtor managers that it is possible to have a complete suite of tools without sacrificing the harmony and simplicity when managing a complex business.
